Developed by Professor K. Scherer (University of Geneva) in collaboration with HR practitioners from the corporate sector, and founded on scientific and applied research.

SCOPE does not reduce individuals to a type. It explores each profile in its own complexity through a personalised, multi-faceted approach.

A team of passionate professionals

PPE is a limited company driven by a team of enthusiasts from the fields of psychometrics and programming. At the origin of the project were seven partners with complementary profiles: an occupational psychologist, three coaches, two developers, and business development professionals. It is more than just a team, it is a human adventure based on a shared belief that the diversity of expertise is a strength in the service of innovation. Since its creation, PPE has continued to grow, strengthening its mission: to offer powerful, precise, and accessible tools for a better understanding of professional dynamics. At the heart of this mission is SCOPE, a behavioural assessment tool developed by Professor Scherer. Convinced by our approach, he chose to entrust his tool to PPE to make it an international reference. We continue this work with rigour and commitment, true to the original vision and open to all who share this ambition.
